5. About CEEC Expo
China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to briefly as China-CEEC Expo) is co-sponsored by Ministry of Commerce P.R.C. and People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, and organized by relevant departments and bureaus under the Ministry of Commerce, Ningbo Municipal Government and Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province.
The 5th China-CEEC Expo was successfully held in Ningbo on June 8-12, 2019. With more than 3,000 sorts of products displayed, China-CEEC Expo 2019 gathered 294 companies from the 16 CEE Countries and attracted 1050 Chinese professional buyers (importers, retailers and supermarkets) and delegations of visitors.

Food and Produce, Wine, Drinks, Artworks, Gifts, Health Care Products, Household Articles, Consumer goods for daily use, etc.
7. Booth Price for Overseas Exhibitors:
(1) Standard booth (3m×3m): Free
(2) Custom-built stands (the minimum space is 36 ㎡):
The bare space is free, while the cost in design and construction shall be covered by exhibitors. Upon required, the organizing committee would recommend qualified construction companies.
8.Participation Timeline for Exhibitors
(1) Deadline for booth reservation: By April 20, 2019.
(2) Deadline for Presenting Exhibits List for Customs Clearance: By April 30, 2019
(3) Should exhibits arrive at the designated airports or ports within the suggested time (May 20 to 25), the cost of transportation in China will be borne by the organizing committee.
(4) Date for Move-in and Preparation: June 2-6, 2019

(1) During the expo, there will be English-speaking volunteers serving at the booth.
(2) Exhibitors’ Lounge is open with refreshments and Wifi provided.

12. Transportation Service
Ningbo Lishe International Airport offers direct flights to Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Soul, Singapore, Bangkok, etc.
Free shuttle buses between Shanghai Pudong Internatioanl Airport and Ningbo are available for overseas exhibitors. Register in advance is required. Free Shuttle buses between major hotels and exhibition complex are available during the Fair as well.
